Alix has been studying and developing her own unique brand of Personal Development for most of her life.
And if you know Alix personally, you will know that that is a statement that is really true for her. As a child, she used to stand in the window of her bedroom and ask "Why? Why? WHY?"
At the end of the day, says Alix, what people actually want predominantly is to have a happy life, where they feel fulfilled with what they are being and doing. And they want to feel good about themselves!
Shouldn't be such a tall order, should it?

We all know that there are many ways of "going after" happiness - getting lots of money, finding your soul mate, developing a spiritual discipline, or just getting a half way decently paid job and making do with "your lot"
As a way to achieve happiness and fulfilment in your life, the list above only gives us happiness in the moment - as long as everything is going well. But what if it isn't going well, what if we earn buckets of money and still find that "Well the money hasn't actually made me any happier - my life is easier but not happier!!"
